Deck Stills is a product of SwimMindPro LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us"). These terms cover purchases made at deckstills.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
What you're buying
A Deck Stills license unlocks the export features of the Deck Stills web app: numbered contact sheets, PDF still packs, the ready-to-paste AI prompt, and coach report exports. The plan, price, and what's included are shown on the checkout page at the time you buy. Prices are in US dollars.
Deck Stills processes your video on your own device. Your video is not uploaded to us.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you're not happy with Deck Stills for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hassle.
- Email DeckStills@SwimMindPro.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your receipt.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
- Once refunded, the license is deactivated.
- After 14 days, purchases are final, except where the law requires otherwise.
Using Deck Stills
- Deck Stills is a video stills and organization tool for swimmers, parents, and coaches. It is not medical, injury, or professional coaching advice, and it doesn't guarantee any performance result.
- AI prompts and coach reports are aids to a conversation with a coach. Any AI-generated feedback you paste back comes from the AI tool you chose, not from us. Use your judgment.
- Only record and process video you have the right to use. Respect your club's and meet's filming rules and the privacy of other swimmers, especially minors.
- A Personal license is one phone at a time. A Club license is one payment of $199 for up to 8 coach devices. It does not renew. Don't resell a license.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Deck Stills running smoothly but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features over time. If we ever discontinue the product within 14 days of your purchase, we'll refund you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Deck Stills is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
